Dead As Disco || Klaus & Nevaeh
Nevaeh was at the grill someone had decided to throw a party. She wasn’t sure who or why, it was an excuse to blow off steam and relax. She was honestly glad she didn’t work at the grill anymore. She never really had much time to herself before it was always, work work work. Now it was all go with the flow. Of course now it was much more dangerous… She didn’t think she would trade meeting Damon for anything. Considering the fact that ever since she met him, life had been more interesting. Not always the good kind of interesting, but still.
Nevaeh swayed through the crowd on the dance floor. Lots of tables and chairs had been moved to make room for it. It was easier to dance around people rather than just walking through them. She sighed a bit as she got to the edge and was about to slip out and find a place to sit but got pulled back in by a drunken teen. Nevaeh sighed and pulled away from him before walking off too the bathroom to be alone.
“I should have stayed at the hotel…”she mumbled to herself. She washed her hands as the remaining females inhabiting the bathroom and laughing obnoxiously loud exited and left her alone. The drunk teen boy who had tried to forcefully pull her into the crowd of grinding bodies stumbled in. “Theere you aree. Why di- you make like a leaf?”he slurred. Nevaeh could only conclude he was asking why she left the dance floor. “Get out of here this is the ladies room.”she said firmly. The boy managed to lock the door without actually looking, so that sort of meant he wasn’t as drunk as she thought. The walls started to close in on her making her breathe a bit harder as he came closer. She shoved him out of her way, he bounced off the tampon machine as she fumbled with the lock, just barely able to unlock it.
Nevaeh was starting to hyperventilate as he grabbed her by her hair and yanked her into one of the bathroom stalls. She hit the tile floor and gasped for air as she scooted herself into a corner. The boy who obviously had one thing on his mind, locked the stall. He grabbed her hair again and pulled her to her feet though they wanted to buckle so she could hide in the corner. “Why are you being such a bitch?”he asked. His hands were all over making her feel sick as the room spun, his hands hiked up her skirt and she grabbed a hold of his collar. She pulled her mind together for a couple split seconds and with all the strength left in her she pushed him backwards into the stall’s door. Blood spewed from his lips, spattered across her face. The coat hanger on the back of the stall door had went straight through the back of his neck.
Nevaeh’s hands were shaking and though she didn’t know it her eyes turned a bright amber gold for a few long seconds. She went back into the corner just in shock and about to fall to pieces all over again. Her heart rate was through the roof. She gasped loudly, her brain refused to function properly.
